Employee Totals

The Employee Totals page shows employee sales, discounts, and void data. You can see at a glance employee totals for any date range.

You can change how the data on the page is totaled by selecting an option form the Display by drop-down menu. The data can be aggregated by the staff member who opened the ticket or the staff member who closed the ticket.
Totals over time
The totals over time graph helps you monitor for trends in employee totals.

By default, the total for all employees is shown on the graph. You can change the graph to display a single employee by making a selection in the employee drop-down menu.
Employee totals table
The employee totals table shows an aggregated view of the data for the selected metric and date range.

You can view information on employee transactions by clicking on a row of the employee totals table.
The Employee Totals page uses the following terms:
Net sales
Gross sales - discounts. Gift card activations are not included in net sales.
Ticket quantity
The number of closed tickets.
Average ticket
The subtotal of all tickets divided by the number of tickets closed.
Discounts
The value menu items or tickets that were reduced in price. This value includes menu items and tickets that were reduced in price automatically (by a promotion) and manually (comps and coupons).
Discount quantity
The number of discounts applied.
Discounts on cash tickets
The value of discounts applied to tickets with a cash payment type.
Discounts on non-cash tickets
The value of discounts applied to tickets without a cash payment type. This includes credit and other forms of payment such as gift cards and delivery.
Voids
The value of menu items that were removed from tickets after the ticket was totaled.
Void quantity
The number of voided menu items.
Refunds
The value of voids performed after payment was applied.
Flagged
The number of tickets with a duration greater than 15 minutes. Duration equates to the time elapsed between the first modification and the last modification of a ticket.
Voids on cash tickets
The value of menu items voided on tickets with a cash payment type.
Voids on non-cash tickets
The value of menu items voided on tickets without a cash payment type. This includes credit and other forms of payment such as gift cards and delivery.
