The Insights page shows notifications of trends and anomalies in your data as well as alerts that you can configure.
There are two types of notifications that can help you understand and act on your data:
- Automated insights: Expressway detects unusual changes or emerging trends in your data and notifies you automatically.
- User-configured alerts: You conditions in your data that are important to you. When the conditions are triggered, an alert will be generated.
The Insights page shows the mores recent insights and alerts for your store(s). The page is updated as new notifications are triggered.
View an insight
You can view the full details of an insight by clicking on the notification to expand the card. To view more context for the insight, click View more.
