By default, all your tickets for yesterday are shown in the tickets table. You can apply a filter to show a small
To apply a filter:
- Click Add filter
- Create a filter condition by selecting criteria including the dimension, dimension condition, and dimension value.
For example, select Void total > is greater than> and enter 0 to filter for tickets that have voids. - Add additional filter conditions by clicking Add condition.
For example, adding a condition of Total > equals > 0 will fitler for tickets with a $0 total.
- Click Apply
Filtering the tickets list can help you find the specific tickets that you need to review. The following filter options are available:
- Ticket - Shows the tickets that are/aren't equal to the selected ticket number.
- Opened by - Shows the tickets that were/weren't opened by the selected staff member(s).
- Closed by - Shows the tickets that were/weren't closed by the selected staff member(s).
- Order type - Shows the tickets that are/aren't of the selected order type(s).
- Void total - Shows the tickets that that have a void total greater than, less than, or equal to the selected void value.
- Items - Shows the tickets that that have a quantity of items greater than, less than, or equal to the selected items quantity.
- Total - Shows the tickets that that have a ticket total of greater than, less than, or equal to the selected total value.
- Discount total - Shows the tickets that that have a discount total of greater than, less than, or equal to the selected discount total value.
- Ticket duration - Shows the tickets that that have a duration that is greater than the selected duration value.
- Subtotal - Shows the tickets that that have a subtotal that is greater than, less than, or equal to the selected subtotal value.
- Tax total - Shows the tickets that that have a tax total that is greater than, less than, or equal to the selected tax value.
- Payment type - Shows the tickets with a payment type that is/isn't of the selected payment type.
A quick search filter can also be applied by typing text into the search bar located at the top of the list.
